Current Network (Stages 1 & 2):

• 20 km long
• 19 stations from Helensvale (train connection) to Broadbeach South

Stage 3 Extension (Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads):

• 6.7 km extension
• 8 new stations
• Expected to open for passengers in mid-2026
• Will bring the total network to 27 km and 27 stations

Stage 4 (Burleigh Heads to Coolangatta) was cancelled in September 2025. The focus is now on improved bus services in that corridor.

Frequency

• Peak hours: Every 7–10 minutes
• Off-peak: Every 10–15 minutes

• Extremely affordable at only 50 cents per trip

• Scenic coastal route with beautiful views
• Seamless transfers to buses and trains (still only 50 cents total)
